Return Process

  Log into your Kaaf-Nun account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
